Potential Improvements Identified for Juanita Drive

Potential Improvements Identified for Juanita Drive

Interested in learning more about potential safety improvements along Juanita Drive? proposed roundaboutDo you think roundabouts and striped bicycle lanes are needed along the corridor? Be sure to visit the City’s booth at Dennyfest or attend an upcoming open house at our next neighborhood meeting tentatively scheduled for October 7th at Finn Hill Middle School to share your thoughts. The Juanita Drive Corridor Study team released preliminary improvement concepts for the corridor based on community feedback and the results of their safety and operations analysis. The concepts were presented to the Corridor Advisory Committee at their July 31st meeting. The City needs to hear from you to identify the types of solutions that make the most sense for this important corridor. Visit the project web site to learn more and offer your comments.

Nice job, this keeps the main thoroughfare moving through the circle with minor disruption and jogs the road down to OO Denny.

  2. Stephen Jacob says:

I love roundabouts – way better than lights in many situations.
