“I had known this barn and house for my entire life,  because I lived across the street from them. I loved them. They had many sentimental and historical values to me. Upon seeing that many of the older houses in my neighborhood were being demolished, I decided to try and preserve the history in my neighborhood, particularly the barn and house.”  by Victor Bahna

Here is the latest issue of the Kirkland Heritage Society newsletter. This edition features a story by Victor Bahna about a Finn Hill barn and house built in 1910. This 105 year old house was built as a horse barn. Read the article here on page 4-5
