REVIEW PROCESS: The decision on this application will be made by the Planning Director. Prior to the decision, there is an opportunity for the public to submit written comments, as described below. The Director will also receive a report from the Planning Department staff making a recommendation on the application. The decision will be based on whether the application complies with Kirkland’s Zoning Code and other applicable codes.

NOTE: Written comments must be received prior to 5 p.m. on July 21, 2015.

PROPOSAL: Dariush Esfandi, the applicant, is requesting a Process I Short Plat Permit to subdivide one parcel of 0.70 acres into six separate parcel in the RSA 8 Use Zone. The application was received by the City on May 18, 2015 and was deemed complete on June 24, 2015.
