Public Comment Open on Champagne Creek and Radke Subdivision

A permit is submitted seeking coverage regarding soil disturbance and Champagne Creek.  The full public notice is below: “This project involves 3.36 acres of soil disturbance for Residential construction activities. The receiving waterbody is Champagne Creek. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this application or interested in Ecology’s action on this application may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.” (Published in Kirkland Reporter on May 27, 2016; June 3, 2016 #1512771.)
