Available hilltop pea-patch garden

We are busy planting our second season of vegetables and flowers at the Finn Hill Neighborhood garden.  The garden is located in the sunny “backyard” of Inglewood Presbyterian Church, the garden currently has 23 individually maintained plots. As our community grows, we plan to expand the garden by adding more plots and an orchard.

The Finn Hill Neighborhood Garden is a self-governing, diverse community of gardeners, focusing on organic and sustainable urban agriculture.

Fun fact: using grant funds through the Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance, the Inglewood Presbyterian Church will install a rainwater harvesting system this year. We hope this system will eventually provide most, if not all the water for the garden.

Each plot rents for $50 per year, and water is provided. If you are interested in joining the garden please drop by the church or contact Antje Goebelsmann at antjegk at gmail.com
