Community Meetings

A team of volunteers manages the operations of Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance, meeting monthly to make decisions on projects supporting the organization’s mission, communications, fundraising, and member development. The Board is elected at its November meeting. Any member in good standing is eligible to run for a Board position.

The Kirkland Planning Commission will hold a study session on Thursday, April 27, to consider amendments to the Holmes Point Overlay ordinance – the special tree preservation ordinance that currently applies to Finn Hill properties located west of Juanita Drive. The Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance held its annual members’ meeting at the Finn Hill Middle School on Wednesday, March 22. About a hundred residents attended. 2016 Annual Meeting Recap Covers Board Elections and Finn Hill Landslide Video

FHNA hosted its annual meeting last night at Finn Hill Middle School. About 60 people attended to cast their vote on 6 open board seats. After each candidate provided a short speech on why they were seeking election and participation on the board, attendees were handed paper ballots to cast their vote.
